Evidence for a link between obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and cancer incidence and mortality has recently emerged. Many women with endometrial cancer are likely to have concomitant OSA due to common risk factors. Aims of this prospective study are to examine the links between OSA and cancer biology in a group of women undergoing hysterectomy for endometrial cancer.
