Recent studies have demonstrated that acute myocardial infarction induces a distinctive miRNA signature, suggesting that miRNAs serve as diagnostiv markers.However, various studies investigating this had either small smaple size or reported incosistent results for the miRNA. Therefore, we aim to investigate the role of circulating blood cell-derived extracellular vesicles and miRNAs in coronoary artery diesease patients.
