We developed a model of chronic inflammation by a high cholestrol diet that leavs to over-stimuation of bone marrow stem cells, and exhaustion of splenic T cells. This leads to the development of liver cancer. In this project, we aim to transplant the bone marrow of mice that chronically have been exposed to a high cholesterol diet and investigate the immune response to liver tumors.
