Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) is the most common genetic cause of kidney failure in adults for which there are no specific treatment options. This project involves preclinical and clinical translational studies aimed at developing novel therapies to prevent kidney failure due to ADPKD. The work will be undertaken in the Centre for Transplant and Renal Research at the Westmead Institute for Medical Research.
